About the Artist
Sarah Chyrek is a Judaica artist who is based in Crown Heights.
Inspired by the beauty of Jewish tradition, family bonding and daily life, her work transmits emotion and draws out the essence in each of the moments that her artwork portrays. Sarah mainly works with acrylics, pencil and charcoal. She is passionate about learning through practicing and exploring new mediums, styles and techniques in hopes that her work will speak to the viewers and bring beauty and life to the world. Her work features a range of portraits, landscapes and figurative compositions.
